It is an engagement fee, not a credit toward your acquisition cost.
How long does the process take?+
From Discovery Session to acquisition typically takes 4 to 12 weeks depending on your situation and the market. SPP does not rush the process, the right property at the right time matters more than speed.
Do you work with first-time investors?+
